I highly recommend both Andrea and Cryo Wellbeing. I recently took my mum to see Andrea, during a period of prolonged chronic pain for my mum. Andrea was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. My mum felt very relaxed experimenting with Cryo therapy alongside a complex combination of long term medication for chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I highly recommend Andrea for Cryo therapy and massage. Although only my first session it has helped more than I would have imagined in reducing pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. Andrea is very calming and helpful, making sure that everything is ok at every stage. The whole session was very relaxing. Looking forward to some more sessions.

I had previously written a review when Andrea treated my mum and now Andrea is treating me for a painful condition in my hip. Previously, the only way to get any noticeable relief was by having painful and invasive steroid injections. The cryotherapy is non invasive and actually feels nice. The relief has been amazing and I am happy to avoid steroid injections. Now, I am looking forward to increasing my walking without fear of pain.
