I highly recommend both Andrea and Cryo Wellbeing. I recently took my mum to see Andrea, during a period of prolonged chronic pain for my mum. Andrea was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. I highly recommend Andrea for Cryo therapy and massage. Although only my first session it has helped more than I would have imagined in reducing pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. I had previously written a review when Andrea treated my mum and now Andrea is treating me for a painful condition in my hip. Previously, the only way to get any noticeable relief was by having painful and invasive steroid injections. The cryotherapy is non invasive and actually feels nice. The relief has been amazing and I am happy to avoid steroid injections. Now, I am looking forward to increasing my walking without fear of pain. I highly recommend Andrea’s services to anyone in pain.

I booked a cryo therapy session with Andrea for shoulder pain which I sometimes experience when my stress levels are elevated.
A day or two prior to the appointment, I noticed my SI joint had become stuck which happens every few months. I mentioned this to Andrea who treated both areas with cryo and soft tissue massage.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from cryo therapy but it was a pleasant and very gentle treatment with immediate results.
I would recommend Cryosport Recovery to anyone experiencing pain or reduced mobility from inflammation etc.
Andrea provides a professional, friendly service in a comfortable and peaceful studio.
