I recently completed the Everything DiSC Agile EQ assessment with Michael Waldron and we then had a 1:1 to follow up on my results and how I can use them to better interact with others based on knowing their score as well.
It was interesting as Michael also had insight into my answers that didn’t fit with the majority of the results and we had a great discussion around that.
