About Nikki Shefferd
Nikki Shefferd has run N S Accounts and Business since April 2007. Before this she was a training manager for a Pegasus Reseller, installing training and supporting the software. This gave her the in depth knowledge of many types and size of companies and the struggles they can have with new systems.  Nikki was introduced to Xero in 2015 and her passion is helping companies to fully use Xero with the add-ons available.
