Always Potential

Always Potential is a coaching and training company. The name ‘Always Potential’ came from the understanding that bad things can and do happen, to us, but also within and to the world. So much we cannot control. However, there is also so much we can control, and there is Always Potential for greatness; to aspire to be who we want to be in the world.

My coaching style is based on an understanding of neuroscience, subtractive psychology and an embodied understanding of trauma. We always have potential within. It’s part of being a human being.
