I recently booked with David of Personal Class Travel, for a special trip to London for my Mum’s 80th Birthday. I had a fantastic enquiry, joining and booking experience and felt I could trust in this service. Shortly after, I needed a car at short notice to take my mum for an emergency appointment in hospital. I booked a car to collect her and the service was exceptional. My mum had a message with phone number and make and model of car and I got a text from David to let me know mum was safely dropped off for appointment. I highly recommend David and Personal class travel.

Updated review after trip to London – I highly recommend Personal Class Travel. Our recent trip to London for my mum’s 80th Birthday celebrations, included 2 passengers with limited mobility. David’s attention to detail with the configuration of the seats made all the difference. Added to that we had stress free travel with no delays or cancellations like I have recently experienced when I tried to travel by train!
David took us on a mini tour of, as we allowed contingency time for the M4, he dropped us right to the door of the Ritz and later, Harrods.
If you want stress free, comfortable, good value travel, look no further. One of our passengers said ‘David was a treasure. So kind and nothing was too much trouble’ and I wholeheartedly agree. Thanks David!
